Triple J & L Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the FatedX Labs website. This notice explains how we may collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit this website or contact us.

Information you provide

When you submit the website contact form or contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we may receive information such as your name, business email address, phone number, company, service interest, intended timing and the details you choose to include in your enquiry. The website form requires at least an email address or phone number so that we can respond.

The contact form asks for your name and offers additional fields such as company, service interest, intended start date and a short description of how we can help, together with an acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice. You can choose email or secondary WhatsApp instead of the form.

We use this information to respond to and manage your enquiry, communicate with you about requested services, assess potential engagements, prepare and follow up on the next step you request, administer resulting business relationships, protect the website from abuse and comply with applicable law.

Please do not send NRIC numbers, payment information, passwords, health information or other sensitive or unnecessary personal data through the website form, email or WhatsApp.

Contact form and CRM

Enquiries submitted through the website form are processed through our Cloudflare-hosted website and, in normal operation, recorded in HubSpot CRM. We use HubSpot to organise the enquiry, maintain the relevant contact and opportunity records, add internal enquiry notes and create follow-up tasks. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to or manage the enquiry.

When HubSpot capture is unavailable after a valid form submission, the complete form details may be sent through Resend to a designated FatedX Labs mailbox so that we can respond. Resend is used only as this fallback delivery processor for website-form enquiries.

Form information is used for the enquiry and related business follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Any future marketing subscription would use a separate, optional choice.

Direct email and secondary WhatsApp messages remain separate contact channels. They are not automatically sent to HubSpot or through this form’s Resend fallback.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website. Google Tag Manager is used to deploy and manage the Analytics tag.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process information such as:

• Pages viewed and time spent on the website.
• Scrolls, outbound-link clicks and file downloads.
• The referring website or source.
• Browser, device and operating-system information.
• Approximate geographic location.
• Technical identifiers, including information derived from an IP address.

We use Analytics reports to measure website traffic, understand which pages are useful and improve the website and its services.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry contents or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. We do not use Analytics data to make decisions about identifiable individuals.

When the contact form is used, the site may record privacy-safe lifecycle events such as the form being viewed, started, submitted, completed or encountering a fixed validation, security, network or server error category. These events use only non-identifying form and attribution labels and do not include form values, submission IDs or security tokens.

Website delivery and security

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, website and form delivery, performance and security. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, request information, system configuration information and security signals.

Cloudflare may place cookies that are necessary for security functions, traffic management or confirming that a visitor has passed a security challenge.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes the browser and security signals required for this purpose. It does not access, store or transmit the content entered into the form. The verification token is checked by our server before an enquiry is accepted.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for website measurement using approved non-identifying event parameters, Cloudflare Pages and Functions for website hosting, delivery and form processing, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention, HubSpot to store and manage form enquiries, Resend as the fallback processor for form-enquiry email delivery when HubSpot is unavailable, and email providers or WhatsApp when a visitor chooses those direct routes.

These providers may process information outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection requirements.

Each provider may also process information according to its own privacy terms and policies.

Protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where appropriate.

Analytics information is retained according to the settings configured for the FatedX Labs Google Analytics property and our operational requirements.

Your choices

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics cookies should not prevent you from reading the website, but it may limit the information included in our website-usage reports.

You can also prevent Google Analytics from being used in supported browsers by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on:

You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfil a request where an exception applies.
